If your item is defective, damaged during transport, or you simply changed your mind, you can choose between a full refund or an exchange for another product of equal value.

🔍 Product Condition Standards

To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned power equipment must meet the following baseline conditions:

  • Unused & Showroom Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, free of gas/oil remnants (if shipped dry), and secured in its original packaging or crate.

  • Complete Assembly Components: All accessories, manuals, tools, and included parts must be safely packed back into the return shipment.

  • No Modifications: Items showing structural signs of field wear, lawn use, blade damage, or custom modifications cannot be accepted.

⚠️ Note: We are unable to accept returns for machines that are not in resalable condition or are missing vital mechanical components.

For your convenience, Kratox provides a return shipping label or coordinates custom freight pickup for heavy equipment.

If a label isn’t automatically provided, our support team will happily email you a prepaid label or schedule a liftgate pickup upon request. This helps you send the machinery back quickly and easily without any additional hassle.

We believe in fair, transparent e-commerce service. That’s why we never charge restocking fees or add hidden administrative costs to your return. The process is completely straightforward.

🔄 Refund & Exchange Process

  • Inspection: Once your return arrives at our facility, our fulfillment team carefully inspects the machine to confirm its structural condition.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds are issued directly back to your original payment method (or financing provider) within 7 business days.

  • Exchanges: Product exchanges are processed right away, and your new replacement equipment will be dispatched as soon as freight routing is secured.

Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once a heavy freight or ground shipment has been processed and leaves our facility, it must follow our standard return procedure outlined above.
